Privacy Policy

A plain‑language overview of how AnyTryOn handles images and account data. We keep this policy aligned with how the product works today and may update it as the service evolves.

Last updated: January 10, 2026

Key points

  • Your uploads and generated results are stored in private storage (not a public bucket).
  • We use short‑lived signed links to let you view or download images.
  • If you sign in, we store basic account data (e.g., name and email) and save results to your History.
  • If you generate without signing in, your order link (order ID) acts like a private link—anyone with it can access the order.
  • You can delete items from History; this removes them from your account view (we do not promise immediate deletion from storage).

Information we collect

  • Account data (signed‑in users): name, email, and avatar from Google sign‑in.
  • Images: the person photo and garment photos you upload, and the images generated for you.
  • Order metadata: generation settings such as look style, focus, resolution, and aspect ratio.
  • Basic request data: IP address and user‑agent (primarily for security and rate limiting).
  • Waitlist email (if you join): your email address and an optional source tag (e.g., “pricing”).

How we use your information

  • Provide the core try‑on experience (upload, generate, and deliver results).
  • Save your results to History when you’re signed in.
  • Prevent abuse and keep the service reliable (rate limits, trial enforcement, failure/bot protection).
  • Measure performance and diagnose issues using analytics and session replay tools.
  • Send waitlist notifications if you ask to be notified.

How images are accessed

AnyTryOn does not rely on public buckets for image delivery. Images are delivered using short‑lived signed links.

  • Signed‑in users: History and order details require an authenticated session.
  • Anonymous users: order status and results are accessible via the order ID (treat it like a private link).

Cookies & identifiers

We use cookies for session authentication (so you can stay signed in). Anonymous usage also uses an anonymous session identifier cookie (currently called anon_sid) so we can enforce trial and rate‑limit rules. These cookies are set for the site and can be cleared in your browser settings.

We also use product analytics and session replay tools (currently Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand feature usage, improve performance, and troubleshoot bugs across devices. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers and collect usage information such as pages visited, device/browser details, and interaction signals. You can block cookies or clear site data using your browser settings.

Service providers

We use third‑party infrastructure and vendors to operate the service.

In plain terms, that includes:

  • Cloud hosting & storage (Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2) to run the site and store images/orders.
  • Authentication (Google OAuth) to let you sign in.
  • Analytics & diagnostics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to measure usage, performance, and help debug issues.
  • Abuse protection (Upstash Redis) for rate limiting, trial enforcement, and anti‑abuse controls.
  • Generation provider (Kie AI) to produce try‑on outputs. We provide the provider access to your uploaded images for the purpose of generating results.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

AnyTryOn is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third‑party AI model providers.

Retention & deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service.

  • Anonymous usage: if you use the service without signing in, uploaded images and generated results are automatically deleted after approximately 48 hours (enforced by storage lifecycle rules).
  • History: signed‑in users’ uploads and results are saved to History and typically retained until you delete them. Deleting an item removes it from your account view by marking it as deleted in our systems.
  • Storage deletion: deleting an item removes it from your account view, but we do not guarantee immediate deletion of underlying files from storage or backups. We may also retain limited non-image metadata for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
  • Requests: if you need help with deletion or data requests, email hello@anytryon.com.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, clear cookies in your browser, and delete items from History (signed‑in users). For questions or requests, contact hello@anytryon.com.
